What is characteristic of your creation?

My glass works have visually fluid designs to capture the medium's beauty while striking a balance between functionality and being aesthetically pleasing.

What are the sources of your inspiration?
|
|
I am a very practical person who finds inspiration in all aspects of human behaviour and actions that are usually unnoticed. My inspirations come from finding more creative and innovative ways to improve objects used in our daily living.

|
I admire those who create exceptionally high quality of work that is immaculate in attention to detail and does not rely on gimmicks to show their skilled craftsmanship, such as Souri Yanagi (product designer), Ingegerd Råman (glass designer) and Emi Wada (textile/costume designer)....

What is your next project?
|
A textile designer, curator and I are currently building foundations for a new non-profit organisation (NPO). The objectives are to preserve traditional skills and expertise in the fields of art, crafts and design whilst encouraging new developments in these areas.
